About Orna

Clerked for the late Justice Haim Cohen at the Israeli Supreme Court.

1981–1985 - served as Legal Advisor to the Civil Service Commission and the Director of Salary and Labor Agreements Unit at the Ministry of Finance.

1985–1991- practiced at S. Friedman & Co. in the fields of medical malpractice, labor law, and maritime law.

1991–2003 - served as Partner and Head of the Labor Law Department at Zeligman & Co.

2003 - founded Orna Lin & Co. Law Offices.

Current Positions: Vice President of the Israeli Press Council; Chair of the Employees, Diversity, Responsible Procurement and Safety Committee of the Public Committee of the Maala Ranking; Member of the Executive Board of “Abraham Initiatives”; Member of the Executive Board of “Molad”; Member of the Public Council of “Round-Up for Good”.

Former Positions: Chair of the Tel Aviv District Committee of the Israeli Bar Association; Chair of the National Council of the Israeli Bar Association; Co-Chair of the Institute for Continuing Legal Education of the Israeli Bar Association; Member of the “Zamir Committee” for the Examination of the Status of the Labor Courts; Member of the Commission of Inquiry into the Arad Festival Disaster; Member of the “Katz Committee” for the Examination of the Organization and Development of the Arts, Cinema and Television; Member of the “Nitzani Committee” for the Examination of Executive Compensation in Public Nonprofit Organizations, and others.
