The Orna Lin and Co. law firm specializes in all aspects of Labor Law (Collective and Private Labor Law; representing employers as well as employees) and Administrative Law, and represents doctors in criminal proceedings.

Orna Lin founded the firm in January 2003 with the hope of integrating legal work with social action principles. The firm is comprised of a skilled and professional team of 30 employees. The firm and its team (most of whom received their professional education and training at the firm), provide unique personal and professional advising, based on deep, creative, and interdisciplinary legal thought, with simultaneous devotion to professional excellence, thoroughness and devotion to the client.

Since its founding, the firm has been influential in spurring various legal precedents -- both at the labor court level and at the Supreme Court level -- some of which have led to substantive social change.

At the firm, a special emphasis is also placed on pro bono legal activity, especially in cases pertaining to women's rights and promoting equality. The firm provides pro bono legal services to social organizations and to individuals.

The firm's office space was designed by the artist and designer Hila (Lulu) Lin and the architect Hanna Fuad Farah. The website was designed by Sigal Meiri.
